Important Update: June Show and Plant Sale

Our June Show and Plant Sale is scheduled to take place on Saturday 19th June 2021 at St. Peter’s Primary School in Rossett.

Given the updated COVID-19 guidance as of 7th June, the committee have made the decision to cancel the show element of the event, but continue with a socially-distanced, outdoor plant sale at St. Peter’s School.

This decision has not be made lightly, as we know many of you will have been preparing your exhibits, but we must continue to comply with the Government guidance to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our committee members, our exhibitors and the public.

Should you wish to send photographs of your exhibits instead, we will put together a gallery on our website. Whilst the exhibits will not be judged, it will at least give opportunity to share your plants and exhibits. Please email them to web@brhs.org.uk.

Do come along to the plant sale between 2pm and 4pm. The committee and volunteers will be on hand to ensure social distancing measures are followed. Should you have any surplus plants that you would like to donate to the plant sale, please bring them along.

Finally, we will also be giving away a free plant for any members who would like to grow it on and enter it in the President’s Class at the August Show. Only 30 available, so first come first served.
